Just left Flippn' Jimmy's in Fostoria. We were all pleasantly surprised. Very impressed with the food. Will definitely be returning.

The only thing I hate is placing an order over the phone. They tell you it will be ready in 25 minutes and you get there and they are just making it. I have to wait 25 minutes when I get there every time. There is a reason people order pick up.

The time we give our customers is approx time. Our policy is that we do not cook your sides until you arrive. With 10 years under our belt we feel this is the best way to send out our sides so they are not cold and mushy. Yes sometimes you do have extended wait especially on high traffic nights such as Friday and Saturday evening. We do our best to move tickets along but we cannot control the amount of foot traffic that comes in and out. Nasty food and shitty service. They ran my credit card again after I left for a $4 tip. When they said my food would be ready for pick up 1:20 and I didn't get done until 1:40. Smh.Yes BS!!
I have only had one problem and it was a call in order for the office i work in 4 people ordered food. They forgot one sandwich i called and had a new one made before i had gotten back and even gave a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. The food is AMAZING. Ill recommend to anyone.

You have good food. Please find another way to take your call in orders. Putting a paying customer on hold for 35 minutes because you forgot you set down your phone is not a good way to keep customers. ( I think its rude, anyway) This is not the first time I have had this experience with your services and eventually you WILL lose customers. While I enjoy your food, I cant deal with your incompetent service.
