The food here has always been delicious. Their fried pickles are awesome. Customer service is great. Only downside is, every time I have called to order takeout...they tell you 5-10 minutes. But it has always been double that. It seems like they don't start making your food til you arrive to pick it up. Your better off going there and ordering takeout opposed to ordering on the phone.

Sheena, thank you for your feedback. Part of your observations is correct, we start each and every order as soon as it hits our cook line, we hold off cooking sides such as fries, onion rings ect. Until the customers arrive, this allows for the freshest product possible. The wait times also vary due to the amount of customers in the restaurant, we give a general time frame to come pick up your order, but cannot control the amount of foot traffic in and out of the restaurant. I'm always nervous about trying new places but the staff made me feel welcome, it has a nice small town atmosphere, and the food was damn good for a very good price.
