They are closed down now I cannot use my credits.
I bought a fat freezing service from them 5 months ago while they were shut down and did not tell me. They were supposed to open early September. I have been trying to get my refund for 3 months now, they barely respond, they told me they issued my refund last month and I will get it but I have not. I had to chase them for months, only lies. It is a scam and my money is gone.
I have been to Flip your Look at least 3 times for the Cool Sculpting sessions. All the people working there have been very nice and helpful all the times I have been there.
I had 2 cool sculpting tx. Friendly staff, good prices.
