First time here!! Excellent burgers and drinks!! Will definitely be back

Our first time at FlipSide last night. I was very impressed with the burgers (so yummy) but VERY disappointed to find out for a $10+ burger you get NO sides! No fries, no chips, nothing! If you want sides the fries, chips, mac and cheese are another $6-8!!! We ordered 2 adult burgers and 2 kids meals. The kids meals were $6.99 and they got HALF of a grilled cheese and some fries. Who serves anyone, even kids, HALF of a sandwich as a "meal" for $7?! Total rip off! Lastly, the milkshakes looked good but those too were another ... read more

We are very sorry you did not find the value in our establishment. We use all Ohio raised grass fed beef and we prepare all of our sides in house. Using such great ingredients does come at a price. We do take all reviews and suggestions seriously to make things better for our guest. We did in fact prepare you another grilled cheese at no charge for your children. We are sorry you won’t be back.
