We were told the wait was 20-25mins for our party of 7 at 6:30pm! (Okay no problem!) We waited 10 minutes in the lobby area before we were told we would have to wait elsewhere due to Covid rules. (Okay we understand.) But the guy told us it would only be "like 10 more minutes" and they would text/call us when ready. We went into the mall to wait since it was 20° out....waited until 7pm and walked back to the restaurant. I tried it for the first time for 614 burger week for $6 take out burger only. I had the Red Door burger naked (no bun) with aioli and crusted onions on the side. I do Keto (low to no carbs). The burger was fantastic! They wrapped it in a generous amount of good quality romaine. It had top quality meat, and I know good burger meat! I could taste the higher quality difference from others that are not remotely in their league for the meat. I highly recommend this place. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the staff was great. They serve alternatives like impossible meat for their burgers. The staff was very accommodating and made a space for my baby stroller. Over all I had a great experience and left the place full and happy. 😊
