Drove from 1.5 hours from country to take 5 kids for my sons birthday, only to discover it's closed down and nothing mentioned on the website. Very poor management.

My personal experience it felt like it was all about money and not letting people enjoy themselves, I thought places like this was to create happiness not sadness because your 1 hour time windows went so quickly
My kids favourite place at the moment. Been here numerous times now and I, as their parent are always close to them at the climbing wall. They will reach the ceiling if given the chance and I want to make sure they're safe Great place for kids and especially birthdays.
