Totally unprofessional. Booked an appointment Saturday morning at 9am with Teo. Guy TEXTS me at 8:15am claiming he has a meeting and won't be in the shop until 11, and asks if I can come at that time instead. Dude, there is a reason I scheduled it at 9am. I was on my way there! He found out 45 minutes before my appointment that he has a meeting on a Saturday morning? C'mon, man!
