I’m pretty disappointed, we used to love coming here, they were always friendly and consistent but it’s gone downhill in the last few months or year. I work in healthcare and use an Autoclave regularly (a machine that sterilizes instruments via steam) the lady who did my pedicure today had the nail clippers and cuticle remover in a sterilization pouch (that little blue thing in her lap) but it was not sealed or ran through the autoclave at all. From out of town, first time here. Walked in, asked for gel manicure and regular pedicure. Lady who did pedicure was good, although she rushed through the pedicure and massage was weak. I was then sent to another lady for my manicure. Lady could not believe that my nails were my own. I said there was a harder under the polish. She then walked away, and sent another lady over to help me. This lady, complained the entire time to other staff about doing my manicure because there was a harder on my nails. I stopped going here because they consistently overcharge. For example, they'll say you had chrome when you didn't.
I drive 40 mins every time to get my nails done here because they ALWAYS deliver and do such an exceptional job. I love trying new designs and complicated looks on Pinterest and my nails always turn out just like the photos. So impressive and I'll be a loyal customer here for a long time!!!
