I stopped going here because they consistently overcharge. For example, they'll say you had chrome when you didn't.
I drive 40 mins every time to get my nails done here because they ALWAYS deliver and do such an exceptional job. I love trying new designs and complicated looks on Pinterest and my nails always turn out just like the photos. So impressive and I'll be a loyal customer here for a long time!!!

Had a blast getting my nails done today with my mom — we came in for pedicures and last minute decided to get a manicure and I’m obsessed with how it turned out!!
I have been going to Flip Flop for over 2 years and the person I go with has been going for 4+ years.The woman I go with has Alzheimer’s, and I have a brain disease. (This shouldn’t matter or need to be discussed however, the way we were treated and “putting these women out”/“bothering them” was next level. The frustration and response for my mother in laws forgetfulness and me stepping in to answer the questions for her was wild.
