The first project I had with Ken and Flip Construction was a full kitchen renovation (cabinets, lighting, counters, appliance installs, glass tile backsplash, etc). Work was perfect. Because of that quality work and fair pricing, I have used Flip Construction for 3 more projects since then -- all of which required a ton of skill. Each time the work has been of the highest quality. I recommend Ken and his crew to anyone who looking to do home renovations.
Ken is AWESOME! I remodeled my bathroom using Miracle Method on the tiles/tub and Ken guided me throughout that process, helped me install a new toilet, shower head, bathroom mirror and light fixture- all perfectly done. He also did a fantastic job stripping years of old paint and prepping the walls to receive new paint. I had issues with my old paint bubbling (no exhaust fan in bathroom due to living in an old building)... he stripped it all and the new paint has not bubbled up once! We were very pleased with the installation our our patio door by Flip Construction. Ken was very professional, courteous & honest. The patio door works perfectly now & looks great. We would not hesitate to hire Ken again for any future projects.
We were getting our house ready to sell so there were many things that he fixed, replaced, painted and more. His work is top notch, attention to detail phenominal. We will definitely hire him again.
