Friendly staff, fantastic food, all-around great place to eat. Can be extremely busy at times especially on Sundays, that just shows how good the food is.
I want to move into the basement, I love flip so much.

Delicious brunch foods-large portions, unique environment, fun atmosphere! Long wait of a half hour but well worth it! My brunch lasted 2 meals
The sausage gravy and biscuits are the best I’ve had in a long time!! The cinnamon flips and Nutella flips are also a must have! We came twice already and I still haven’t had enough of this spot. Makes me want to move back from Jersey!!!!! The only complaint I have is, “Can you please add sweet tea to the menu!” Lol!!!
TREMENDOUS quality and innovation at Flip Cafe! Easily the most innovative casual restaurant within 30 miles of Erie and undoubtedly among the best. Consistency is key in the restaurant biz and Flip hasn't let us down yet
Peanut Butter French Toast.. .the best have to visit everytime i visit from Pittsburgh
