I would not recommend this dealership—especially if you are a woman, a first-time buyer, or young. From the very beginning, my salesperson didn’t bother to get off the phone or properly introduce himself. That should have been my first sign to walk away, but I was eager to purchase a vehicle. I was interested in a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. The dealership knew we were coming, yet there was absolutely no effort made to ensure the vehicle was show-ready.
