I returned my bezel and coin, and was never to seen again.
Moronic company..... I ordered 22k gold plating , the sent sterling. Mistakes happen, but they didnt offer to make this right.said, "this sometimes happen, but you must send it back to us in order for bggb us to refund you". I am a silversmith and sent this chain directly to a customer, assuming the company was organized at realizing the difference in a sterling or gold order....anyways, they want me to pay shipping for their careless mistake...? just tacky customer service.... a shame.
I deal with them for, I guess, ten years now. I am a small customer. They have the best prices, excellent service, flawless merchandise.
