John is extremely rude, do not do buisness with these people. All because their property has grass over 6 feet tall. Theyre annoyed that I've asked it to be taken care of for the entire summer. Flintrock construction puts together a poor quality home with little regard to the standards of the neighborhood therefore lowering other properties value. A home is an investment and should be put together with care. During construction we walked the home multiple times and it was of dog house quality. They closed on a property while leaving 4 feet of yard unfinished with 5ft tall weeds and large rocks all the way to the property line. Terrible management of their properties. I have a jungle coming from their property into mine that I've been trying to take care of the entire summer. John gave me his word he would get this taken care of and its once again not been taken care of. Hire a mowing crew and take care of YOUR property please. Its ridiculous Update: we now 3 weeks from john telling me he'd get it taken care of. After 2 weeks of no update, I track him down for him to say "oh ya I lost your number" the mower guy hurt himself and it will be another ... read more
