I chose to take my F150 to Flint River Ford because this would be my second visit for service. Both times they have completed the job without delay and in a friendly and professional manner.
I was very pleased with the work Flint River Ford did on my truck.
Courteous and knowledgeable staff that was able to slip my truck in while we were running from a hurricane. Had a few hiccups with the EGR repair for some broken bolts but everyone on the internet say those bolts break 85% of the time regardless of who tries to remove them. They also took care of a bunch of the recall stuff that needed to be done while it was in there. I’m grateful for the help and would definitely come back if I’m in the area in the future.
