Black mold rent office steal residence rent maintenance don’t fix anything all the apartments have electrical or a mold problem bad kids everywhere
Bad pest and feline problem, unusable appliances (oven, dishwasher), high turnover rate with the office and maintenance staff. The amenities (pool) were hardly opened during the pool hours/months. It started to remind me of the projects of Atlanta with the trash over piling. Positives: some staff was friendly especially at the time of my move out 2021. I have no heat since 1/18/25 it’s now 1/22/25 it’s 15 degrees outside it’s illegal what they do here this is the most irresponsible management so far there’s no number to call they only open on rent day avoid this place at all cost I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone
These apartments are terrible. False Advertisement on any website that advertises these properties. No one fixes anything no matter how much is complained. There’s a molding problem, holes in ceilings, broken pipes. TERRIBLE. Do not move in these apartments.
