I must say Adrianna is such a sweetheart and best leasing agent and is very considerate of her tenants needs she was very sweet and professional and will help out in any way she can I loved dealing with her as a leasing agent she was the best but the apartments itself is a whole other issue itself… some have updated appliances and some don’t … they are roach infested and the smell from plumbing is horrible seems like it could make you sick… my kids became a product of their environment living here…
I recently moved into Flint River, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. The staff has been so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They truly made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. I’m grateful to have such a warm and caring team here! Big shout out to Tiana for answering every single question
Been here since April and have seen constant improvements. The maintenance team responds quick and the leasing office is beautiful. Both leasing managers are amazing. Applying and approval was very easy.
