If I could give zero stars I would. I am new to the area and brought my dog in for vaccines and to establish care. I sent them my vet records, and since this is my first time at this clinic I made sure to confirm with the tech going into the appointment the specific vaccines that I wanted. My dog had previously gotten a 3-year Rabies and was not due and I communicated that to them. I got a letter in the mail 2 weeks after his appointment with a rabies tag and vaccination summary. Nothing but good things to say about this vet hospital! Well worth the 20min drive. Top notch treatment of pets and clients.
We have gotten flea medication there every single year without any problems because my Dog goes else where to see the vet and gets her check ups there. We get the flea medication at Flint River because its a little cheaper. The RUDE receptionist stated she had to come in and see a vet to get the medication this time, even tho for 5 years this has never been a problem. We will be taking our money else where. Your receptionist is very rude and its bad business.
