We went into Flint hills spa on Central just to look around to see what was our options and Debi was a great help made us feel comfortable and answered our questions we had and we bought a Fitspa Thank you Debi your the best.

I’ve been a Jacuzzi owner for more than 20 years and have never had problems with one of their or one of their dealers. Until now. I purchased a new J470 about two years ago. It is professionally maintained every week. Some of the lights have gone out, and some of the knobs have become very difficult to turn. I contacted the dealer from which the spa was purchased (Ultra Modern Pool and Patio in Wichita) and learned that Flint Hills Spas is now the Jacuzzi warranty provider. I have worked with Flint Hills Spas for decades and have always appreciated their honesty and prompt service. Our very old hot tub was on its last leg so we decided to look at new ones. Dave Garretson could not have been more helpful as he is a wealth of information and went to great lengths to answer all our questions and help us find the right tub for our desires and budget.
