They Dr's did a good job with my 2 surgeries I had done however I kept telling the Dr that did the first surgery I was having pain in my pelvis and he neglected to do an x-ray of that area. This was over a year ago. There was a new Dr that came in (Dr. Bob who is not longer with them and I don't blame him) he immediately did and x-ray of my pelvis and I had 3 fractures to it!! If you get referred here RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! They never, ever answer their phones and doctor office's can't get ahold of them for documents needed to care for their patients. VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE!!!! Upset because I didn't want to give any stars.
Very eager to get me in for my first appointment since then I have called at least two if not three times leaving voicemails asking for my next appointment, and a medication refill. Of course never a call back, and the one time someone finally answered the phone they immediately hung up on me.
If anyone is alive at Flint Hills, please answer the phone or check your voicemail. My husband has left a message every day this week. He is out of pain meds and you changed his appointment for another 2 weeks away. Please give us a referral to a doctor that gives a damn. Most incompetent and unprofessional organization we've ever dealt with! Doctors not showing up for appointments, cancelled appointments, doctor MIA, missing records, billing errors etc.
Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and professional.
