They lost a rent check of mine and directed me to cancel the check, so I did. There was a $35 check cancelation fee, which my bank said it was customary that the party that looses the check aka my landlord would cover. An unimaginable nightmare @1408 W. 12th - West Bottoms, KC MO DON'T DO BUSINESS OR RENT FROM THIS MANAGEMENT CO. SLUM LORD TONY KRSNICH and his Flint Hills Group are the WORST property managers I've ever known or heard of. DO NOT EVER RENT from these people. We were forced to move our business out of the space we rented (and completely renovated entirely on our own dime) at 1408 W. 12th Street, KCMO, after only six months when Tony Krsnich and his "property manager," Alex, refused to do anything about our upstairs neighbors ... read more
