Some room for growth in communication here. Minimal effort by Salespersons or Finance Manager to make a deal happen. We had bought over a dozen vehicles with Dick Edwards Ford, but now that it is Flint Hills I was told they have no records of us as customers. I had to continually call to keep them working on the possible deal.
