Dave has inspected two homes that I've purchased, and we recommend him to everyone that I know. He is VERY thorough and explains things well. He takes dozens of photos to illustrate his report. A true ally in the home-buying process. A+
He inspected my home, missed an electrical wiring problem that was visible, causing my AC unit to need replacement. I have owned the home for a few months and have to replace the AC unit. The phone call with Dave yesterday went smooth enough as he told us to send him the invoice and he would take care of it, well now that he heard how much it was going to cost he reneged on that offer stating that he is protected from this under his contract. Do not trust him.
