Unfortunately, the office staff lacks in communication skills. We were given different estimates from different people. One person would say one thing, then another something different. The office manager Natalie lied two times about amounts that were agreed upon. Our final bill was $800 more than expected. It was an amount never given to us. RecommendedSmall little vet practice with nice staff and a kind vet. Was only there for small things but the Vet was informative and treated my dog well. Will be returning in the future
Just want to say how appreciative I am to have this amazing vet. Dr Kooner does a great job explaining things, is very patient, and then even followed up about my sick little guy the next day. I’m so thankful because I was a mess when I took my dog in because he was so sick. But now he’s getting back to his normal self and I’m so relieved.
Dr. Krooner is a wonderful Vet. He takes time to really ensure you understand all that is happening and why. I recommend him throughly.
Starting taking my pup to Dr Kooner about 6 months ago and I love his care and his associates.
