Mr Flinn knows the laws and automotive warranty regulations. His guidance made the warranty company repair my vehicle. They tried to use the excuse of pre-existing conditions which I was unaware of, and in the fine print (which he read) requires them to repair it in the state of GA. Thank you for your assistance that you freely gave. Had we gone to court, I'd hope for a large legal bill for the warranty to pay. He rightfully deserves it.
As a licensed attorney of over 30 years, I thought handling a clear Lemon Law violation for my spouse would be a piece of cake. It was not! The dealerships have taken what should be a consumer-friendly process and weaponized it. You cut me off while I was explaining, which is why I left the one-star. I wasn’t talking about warranty — the car was sold to me as ‘certified’ and failed with a blown head gasket within ~15 months. That’s a certification and misrepresentation issue, not a warranty gripe. The Magistrate did not dismiss with prejudice, so I still have the right to pursue this in Superior Court. I came for advice, but you didn’t give me the chance to finish my explanation.
