I had a really great experience over the phone with the receptionist, Terry. He took the time to listen to my enquiry and assisted me in such a caring and helpful manner. Thank you, Terry!
Receptionist is rude, she shouldn't be working in a place like this. Robbie the other receptionist is lovely, kind and is so helpful. I,give him 10 stars. He is the only good thing about this surgery. A absolute gem.
