The male doctor is very thorough and would recommend him highly however the Indian lady is rude she doesn't listen and it's totally impossible to understand avoid her at all costs . And it doesn't help the confidence in the doctor when she's sitting there googling everything on her phone, I thought they were supposed to be trained?

Receptionist is rude, she shouldn't be working in a place like this. Robbie the other receptionist is lovely, kind and is so helpful. I,give him 10 stars. He is the only good thing about this surgery. A absolute gem.
