Trying to reach a person at this office who really wants to help patients is impossible. What is the point of having a doctor if, when you need him the most, you can't get to him? Although Dr. Flignor is a pretty good doctor, the staff at Health Care Partners are so removed from patients that they could care less if a patient's needs are met. I write this after many unproductive and frankly unpleasant experiences with them.
