Good concept ruined by slow service. I’ve been here a few times and the general experience is consistent — good wine and food, but the service is incredibly slow. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes to get a first glass of wine, with an experience that should taking <1 hour taking closer to 2 hours. Paying for our meal took 15 minutes. Our table never received plate settings. Service generally not in-line with what you’d expect versus other wine-bars.
Hot and no misters?? honestly a few wheat thins can you not do better for crackers? Cutting the happy hour selection into half doesn't really make it a buy does it? Seating on the dirt . After all these years there should be some semblance of a lawn. This year is forgiven
Our experience at this wine bar was terrible from start to finish. The staff upon check in was rude, argumentative and our server jumped into the conversation with an attitude instead of helping, that carried on throughout our night. This is a wine bar, yet we were expected to open our own bottle and pour our own glasses. If customers are paying premium prices, basic wine service should be included.
