Highly recommend Ellen C at Springwood Flight Centre. She was a superstar in organizing our 2 month travel adventure. She was highly professional and knowledgable, and went to great lengths to make sure we had all arrangements in place. She followed details whilst we were away, and all her hotel bookings were central and fabulous. She has a great sense of humor, care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful time due to her expert assistance.
Hannah was excellent to deal with. Apart from organising us a great trip, she followed up on a small issue involving a third party booking and patiently reached a positive resolution in our favour. Very committed! Thanks Hannah :)
