Very bad! The outlet has been removed months ago but the information was not updated at all! There should be an option for 0 start.
Rubbish customer service! Very communicative chasing $$$ Once you've paid for your holiday they cease all communication pretty much! Still have many unanswered emails from before my trip. Getting any assistance when you are stuck overseas and sick you can't even get in contact with them! Don't reply emails Can't get through to the store on hold for about 10 minutes then diverted to a voice mail. In the past I've had hit & miss experiences when trying to book flights in other stores, and had called some of the VIC locations (as I’m Melbourne-based) and been told they’re unable to help me with bookings then and there.
