Spoke to a male member of the team on Monday 29th Jan - still waiting for some flight options for my very simple trip. I just tried to call the store now (wed 7th Feb) and the call was answered but immediately put on hold - I gave up after 5 mins of listening to the music - guessing this place doesn't need new business.
I made a booking before Xmas and the store was extremely helpful. Unfortunately I needed to change my return flight and it has been near impossible. I have tried going into flight centre uk, ringing flight centre uk, flight centre Australia call centre. Flight centre Australia customer support call back, email and even the airline. They said they can’t change the booking only flight centre can - I have now spent hours trying to speak to someone but just keep being passed around and still not resolved. zero help. was told to just use the web site. no customer service at all from the lady working there today.
Luke Jones was my travel agent, and can I just say he was absolutely amazing ! He was so accommodating and knowledgeable.
