Was met with absolute condescension and no help. Buyer beware, apparently flight centre online and flight centre stores are two different companies and issues with online bookings cant be sorted in person. Burned one too many times by flight centre now, never using their services again.
Emma Sargent exceeds Flight Centre's promise of working with travel experts. I have not travelled outside of Aus on my own before and had no real idea of a holiday that would suit my time frame or budget. I had the great pleasure of booking my recent holiday with Emma Baker. Emma listened to my travel needs, places of interest that I wanted to visit, and then created a fantastic draft itinerary that ticked all the boxes. Once I settled on my final choices, it was just a quick and seamless process of locking it all down. My holiday had no hiccups and everything that was in my itinerary went exactly to plan.
