As a consequence of events in the ME, our recent trip home to MRU unfortunately coincided with disruption at a scale not seen since the pandemic. So it is with much relief & good fortune that we were looked after by Kirby at the Mornington branch. We are under no illusions that if it wasn’t for her calm, professional, proactive, organised and timely communication (available practically 7 days a week) we probably wouldn’t have gotten a refund let alone made it to our holiday. I was referred to Craig from a friend to assist booking a trip overseas for my milestone Birthday in June 2025 which is a tricky time of year with weather. My dream to the Maldives didn't work as a result so Craig patiently and unconditionally went through the motions of so many other options including Europe, other areas of the pacific ..
