I book the vast majority of my flights, car hire, and stop over accommodation via this outlet. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to make my trips as easy as possible.
Average at best. Not worth the time, have gone ahead and booked majority of my trip myself. Staff are not customer service trained.
As a result of COVID we had a credit for a trip to the Galapagos which we booked through Mona Vale flight centre. We had to rebook our trip through the Mona Vale office. In June 2023 we visited the Mona Vale in person & spoke to Stephanie regarding our planned trip explaining we would like to travel overland through Central America before going on the Galapagos tour.
