Flight Centre Miranda are wonderful, they listen to what sort of trip you want and make suggestions accordingly. Ask for Sami, he is the best so nice and helpful and gets back to you promptly. Thanks Sami for all your help..
Not only did Emily fail to take responsibility for her mistake, but she also showed very little empathy for the stressful situation it created. She failed to provide important information regarding visa and passport requirements, which should have been clearly communicated. The lack of accountability and support made an already stressful experience even more frustrating.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Flight Centre Miranda. On 9 April, my friend and I booked our overseas trip with Emily. At no point were we advised, either verbally or in writing, that our passports required six months’ validity beyond our return date or that we needed a visa for London.
