Hailey looked after my Mum & Dad’s recent European trip. She went above & beyond and made the itinerary exceptional! At the time of writing this, they’re still in Europe but with their calls and FaceTimes I can just tell that they’re having a ball. Holiday planning is super exciting, but it can also a little stressful escpecially if you have never been travelling much. Hailey takes away the stress leaving you with some super amazing experiences. 11/10
