Fast response time and super nice
I had to cancel my booking to VIE through DBX with another travel agency, and was desperate for a flight with QANTAS and partners, so I could use a higher luggage allocation through my status, plus lounges. The other travel agency could not find a booking with QANTAS and partners. ELIZA WILSON, Travel Consultant at Flight Centre at Collins St., Hobart, got me one, to my big relief. It was quick, and all was perfect, a truly 5-star service!
My wife and I booked our latest trip with Eliza Wilson. We have had dealings with Eliza in the past have have found her to be friendly and knowlegable in her role with great follow up service prior to our trips.
Extremely disappointed with Eliza and her dealing with our group.
