I was quite disappointed with my visit today. When I first entered the store, none of the staff acknowledged me. I left to do some other shopping and returned about 20 minutes later, but again there was no acknowledgement. At one point, I stood near two staff members who were working together. We made eye contact, yet there was still no greeting or acknowledgement. The customer experience whilst in store is fine. However, I find myself having to follow up things with the team. For my previous holiday I had to follow up my request for a flight centre travel insurance quote and on this occasion I’ve gone to a store manager in hope to have a good expirence end-to-end but I am finding myself trying to follow up a travel quote. I feel like they just don’t want my business.
