During the middle east flights grounded Andrea helped us with new flights and we got to go on our amazing holiday we planned with Andrea. Thank you for your amazing work! We had the most amazing and special holiday in Ireland and Scotland. Where do we go next?!

Andrea is excellent. Always prompt, great advice and ready to work through the challenges of around the world tickets with big demands and a lot of luggage etc. We never met in person, all done by email and phone - but that was no problem.
Andrea at Flight Centre Bulimba has been marvellous. When the tour operator cancelled our tour in September she was so helpful to us in choosing another tour. She is very prompt and really delivered great service. Easy to communicate with via message, phone or in person. Can't wait for our o/seas holiday and fingers crossed all goes well until then.
