We found kaitlyn at Beenleigh flightcentre pleasant and attentive to our needs. Booked our international flights and internal connecting flights in Europe same day with a great deal. Also took the time to give us accomodation options in Europe. Still giving her a hard time with questions via email which she has looked into and handled professionally.
