Great experience. I had Jack Lawless helping me out find the most reasonable flight ticket right after the middle east war started. I was in flight centre in the morning and reserved a flight with Jack, later at night when I checked online the same flight was 3x more expensive! Thankfully Jack was holding it for us at the morning price which saved us thousands of $$$ :)
Jack Lawless was fantastic in providing all the information we needed about our flights on the spot. He made the final booking process seamless and straightforward through his friendly and informative emails once i had left the store.
Only just posting this now but we had a fantastic trip to Sri Lanka in December and then on to the UK over Christmas organised by Emma Mogensen. Sri Lanka was hit by a cyclone just a week before we were due to leave. Emma got straight on to the tour operator and was able to reassure us that our itinerary could still be safely followed. Emma is the absolute travel GOAT! She's arranged a number of holidays for us, both in Asia and Europe.
