It has been several years since i last used Flight Centre, but did for my recent trip to Italy. Nick Szkilnik from Airport West was fantastic - with the issues in the Middle East impacting my return trip home. Not only did he contact me a couple weeks out from my return date, but also provided me with the options and applicable costs (if applicable). This is not my local store (Highpoint is, which I avoid because I haven’t had good experiences there) but it’s my favourite. Caitlin and Lori are absolute angels. So helpful and patient!
