We went into Flight Centre to book a quick trip to Calgary for my husband. Heather greeted us and once we explained what we needed, she got right to work. We were on a bit of a budget, and didn’t need anything fancy; she stuck to that, and she didn’t try to upsell us, other than suggesting travel insurance. She was very understanding to our needs, and I would not hesitate to recommend her and Flight Centre!
Katrina is an incredibly friendly and welcoming consultant. She works with enthusiasm and joy, and it's a pleasure to interact with her. Katrina not only consulted us during the planning stage but also promptly answered questions throughout the trip. I will certainly contact Katrina again next time so that she can resolve any travel-related issues with the same professionalism and efficiency.
