I dealt with Ashley Harold. I found her to be helpful and direct. I was fortunate to have my flights go smoothly, therefore I did not require additional support. I received updates and reminders by email that I found reassuring.
I can honestly say that I have had two pretty negative experiences at this travel agency. I came in the other day with my 5 month old and was greeted by Ryan, who had an arrogant attitude him from the get go. Unfortunately due to what is happening in Mexico at the moment, I am looking to cancel that trip and book a different country for an all inclusive vacation with my son. Great time at Occidental resort in Punta Cana. Thanks to Ashley at Flight Centre, Burlington, for the suggestion, and for helping assure we had a stress free and smooth vacation.
This is the first time we’ve dealt with Flight Centre, Burlington Centre location and cannot thank them enough.
