There should be an option for zero starts!! Booked a flight online, picked wrong date by mistake, tried to change it online would not let me and they only takes calls after 11am next day, called they said I was too late and wanted to charge me $300 to change it which is more than the original flight - I was told I should have used the emergency number - what a joke!!!!
After many years of being my own travel agent I decided to go to Flight Centre Burlington. Christine O took my info and within minutes put together my England travel arrangements. Obviously an experienced Travel Consultant, as she guided, me through my various options. Christine was clearly knowledgeable and provided a schedule ,coupled with options that were the best. Going forward Christine at Flight Centre will look after all future travels for our family. A delightful, lovely agent to work with. Thanks a million.
I dealt with Ashley Harold. I found her to be helpful and direct. I was fortunate to have my flights go smoothly, therefore I did not require additional support. I received updates and reminders by email that I found reassuring.
I can honestly say that I have had two pretty negative experiences at this travel agency. I came in the other day with my 5 month old and was greeted by Ryan, who had an arrogant attitude him from the get go. Unfortunately due to what is happening in Mexico at the moment, I am looking to cancel that trip and book a different country for an all inclusive vacation with my son. When he found out that I was booked with Sunwing, he pretty much told me that he’s not going to help me with his “expertise” if I’m not planning on book... read more
