I am writing this review as an accolade to KAY RENWICK who works at the Bloor location in Toronto. She spent a great amount of time and effort to present me with the best arrangement for my complicated travel needs. In addition, she shared updated changes in such things like updated baggage and airline rules when travelling out of country. The trip hasn't happened yet but I know from her part, I am in good hands.
We would like to sincerely thank Sanaz for all her help in booking my mother’s round-trip flights. From the very beginning, she was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful. She answered all of our questions and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her kindness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
