Waited 2 months for them to come out for a service call and technician was here for less than 2 minutes, determined it was a plumbing issue and basically left without saying more than 2 words. It was terrible service, awkward and felt like it could have easily been caught on the scheduling end if they asked more questions. Very unhappy with this service.
Can never get a call back. I’ve been trying to get them out for weeks. I will be finding a new company.
