Waste of money for the amount you pay,1 inspection per year and you have to call them about activity even though your paying for motion activity in the roof. Then the worst service i waited all day no one showed up not even a call to cancel. after already not happy with your service this is pretty disappointing and still locked for a contract and cant get out of. Horrible experience. Had a 12 month plan. When I tried to contact them with a month to go, in order to book one last service and then cancel, they were unresponsive to email and phone. Now chasing me up for cancellation fees as timeframe went over. Find someone else.

I was very happy with Stella Pest Management who were absolutely fantastic (now taken over by Flick). Last year Flick did a good job. This year they sold me their Bronze package( monthly payments), ensuring me that the first spray would be exactly the same as last year's ie whole house, with the assurance that any recurrence of pests would be covered.
