The Robinhood at Kirby is a very poorly managed condo with a useless manager and management company (Creative Management) and an unresponsive HOA board and president. We bought a unit in 2017 after we lost our home to Harvey, and it was great until the board changed and a new management company was brought in. Waterproofing work and window replacement by Millsap damaged our deck in 2019 and the sheet rocking work was substandard.
