This company is not legit, this is a fraud company, I booked through Booking.com, Flexway location on website is 4005 NW 28th Miami FL 33123 and when we got there, it’s whole different rental company so we googled the location, got a different address, 3990 NW 25th street Miami Fl location closed, we called Flexway , they gave us a 3rd location, at that point we quit and went to our hotel and reported them as fraud.
Just don't do it... They are only intermediaries and have outsourced the rental to a local company. We had ordered and paid for a four-wheel drive car. This is needed in the difficult terrain of the country we were in. Once there, we did not get a car with four-wheel drive. We found out on the road. I have been renting cars for years all over thr world, and this agency is definitely the worst. They persuade customers with low fronting prices to earn their business, and once you are at the counter, they forced you to buy their insurance and they charge an extremely high price for toll, totally unjustified. They are making money overcharging you for additional fees that a normal rent agency does not charge. To me this is simply cheating. I ended up paying double from what they initially advertised.
