is it possible to give less stars to this agency? i wish it was. booked from priceline, at the airport i called the agency to ask if there were any hidden fees. they assured me there were none. as soon as i arrived they started upcharging me for random stuff. the most egregious of all was Toll transponder which you can buy from a cvs for $4.99 for which they said i had to pay $30 a day.. (btw my total tolls in Miami were $3 for the entire week i stayed). they also told me insurance and this toll transponder weren’t optional ... read more
This place is a joke! Waited at Tampa airport for an hour and half for transportation to rental office. Called them several times and was put on hold for 20 minutes each time. Finally got there and they were rude and price changed from $133 to $636!! They gave us a small compact car instead of a medium sized SUV. The car was old and ran like crap! Then when we dropped it off we didn’t have transportation to airport and had to call an UBER! Stay away from this company!!
I bought a ticket plus car with priceline and until now I didn't receive my money they hold I tried to contact them impossible to it since a week now if they don't answer I will sue them . I wanna money back
This is indeed a scam. They will tell you that you have to pay tolls and pay to park the car when you drop it off. They are taking advantage of tourist who need to get going. Stay away!
I wish I could give 0 stars. Purchased a flight+car package on Priceline. When we arrived at “Flexways”, it was not Flexways at all but some other rental place. Priceline told me my deposit would be $100. Upon arrival, they tell me the deposit is $2,000! For a Toyota Camry…. When I questioned the price, they got mad and started yelling at me.
