Horrible. Don't trust him. Not truthful and shady. The owner, Brian, took over my condo with a buyer seller agreement. Earlier this year he stated that he was going to transfer the property into his name and had me sign all this paperwork. Claimed the attorney was taking a bit longer. In April someoke contacted me about purchasing the property. I referred him to Brian. Brian continued to state in May and June that we were going to transfer the property to his name. He sent me deed paperwork to sign with a notary in June. The... read more
