Flexible Fitness and Lily-Rygh Glen is just awesome! I needed to find a body-positive and fat positive personal trainer that could work with me in a way that would suit my needs. I need a workout approach and trainer that doesn't focus on pounds and calories and instead focuses on what my wellness and strength goals are. This trainer is terrific! She's a one-on-one personal trainer who is body positive and enthusiastic about helping me. She has totally customized my workouts to accommodate my capabilities (at age 63) and my goals. We do a large variety of exercises, and she does all the counting and keeps me on track. During a workout, she gently corrects my form so I get the most out of an exercise, and she doesn't push when I'm under the weather.
