Wouldn’t waste your time. Tried to get in contact multiple times with no answer. Filled in forms for quotes as per their websites requirements and nothing. As far as I’m concerned, they seem to not be operating anymore. Edit: Won't let me reply. I have called your company multiple times over multiple days for two weeks. Not receiving an email is not simply the issue here.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED $600+ wasted! We sent a gear shift cable off for repair and paid upfront. We were told 1 week it took 3. When it finally arrived back it failed and only lasted 40 minutes. They have point blank refused a refund have not excepted any accountability and are seemingly unwilling to work toward a resolution. If you're expecting professional service and fair treatment I suggest looking elsewhere. Don't believe it when they tell you that there work is guaranteed because clearly it's not.
